Its dense texture holds its shape well under high heat and when cooked in sauces, making it an excellent premium upgrade from standard white shrimp. The shrimp’s distinctive dark banding develops into an appealing deep orange-red colour when cooked, adding visual impact to any dish.
Available peeled and deveined with the tail-on, in both raw and cooked formats and across a full range of counts. This versatility makes Black Tiger Shrimp suitable for everything from cold applications and appetizers to grilling, sautéing, and high-volume foodservice production.
